How does it work?

ARC’s ‘angel’, a trained chef, arrives at your door with everything needed for the ultimate party and culinary experience: wines paired with top-quality ingredients, flowers, luxury tableware from LAY London, innovative lighting solutions, and hand- picked music.

ARC leaves nothing to chance; your safety and satisfaction are paramount.

The angel then sets up every aspect of your party down to the finest detail, and cooks your food to perfection, while you do nothing but indulge in the delights and enjoy a long-overdue catch up with loved ones. ARC takes everything away afterwards so you can focus on what counts.

ARC Parties has developed four themes to choose from (with bespoke options available on request).


Spook London has designed the menus and will provide ARC’s chef “angel”, who will be tested and cleared for Coronavirus and wear protective clothing at all times. Meticulous planning will ensure they observe recommended government guidelines at all times. Your angel will arrive two hours before your guests to create the perfect ambiance for your culinary adventure, prepare drinks and wines and, finally, finish and deliver your chosen menu. Once dinner is served, they will vanish without trace, leaving you to revel and reconnect with friends and family. Everything will be collected the following day at a specified time; all we ask is that you leave it ready on your doorstep.

What’s included?

Planning service

ARC Parties will manage all aspects of the planning, down to the smallest detail. In addition, the price covers hire of the following:

  • Exclusive tableware, including tablecloth, placemats, bone china, handblown glassware, cutlery, place cards and calligraphy, Hemstitch cotton napkins, water jugs and lanterns
  • Flowers designed specifically to compliment the tablescape
  • Uplighters to create the perfect ambience
  • A specially curated playlist designed by A DJ Called AJ

This costs £130 per person, excluding VAT.

Fine wine and dining

Spook have lovingly crafted a menu to tantalise your taste buds, using only the finest, seasonal produce and ingredients.

Create your dream menu for your special occasion, from their mouth-watering list of bespoke dishes. The minimum we require you to order are three canapes and two courses from the dinner menu. To see the menu click HERE

To really enhance your dinner, why not ask our wine connoisseur to select a wine to pair with your chosen dish? Or choose a refreshing after-dinner cocktail to round off the evening in style.

Other Information:

A bespoke menu is available on request and will be priced separately. Dietaries will be accommodated at a week’s notice, and final guest numbers are requested one week prior to the event.

Delivery and collection of the party planning package is £80 excluding VAT within the M25; outside London is location dependant.

Please note that in the case of a more complex the event or if your event exceeds 12 guests, a second angel will need to be hired to oversee the delivery and execution of your event.
