About the company

Whitepaper is an event design, production and management agency, passionate about what we do and working collaboratively with our partners, be they private individuals, company leaders or charitable foundations, for the creation of flawlessly executed events, designed with creative flair and meticulous attention to detail.

Our team is comprised of event architects, idea generators and passionate perfectionists, all of whom care deeply about the relationships they are able to build with clients, collaboratively creating unforgettable moments and long lasting memories.

At the heart of Whitepaper, the team is led by Aron. 20 years young in the industry, and bringing a wealth of experience to each and every event the team are lucky enough to create. Aron believes passionately that putting the client first and forging strong relationships during the planning journey are key to the success of the event - honesty, transparency and no surprises closely following behind.

FAQ's

I have worked in the events industry for the past 20 years, heading up event and operations teams for some of London's top 5* hotels, including The Savoy, The Langham and The four Seasons. I have also been lucky enough to create and curate an event known as The Wedding Atelier, working with a wonderful company called Quintessentially, and all of this pre setting up Whitepaper in 2012.

Setting up Whitepaper was actually a harder decision than you might think. With an array of wonderful event individuals and companies already in existence, what was I going to bring to the market that would be different, would help us to stand out, and also prevent me needing to go back to wearing a suit and tie every day :o) ? I felt that there was a gap in the market, creatively, and in the way I felt companies dealt with their clients. I believed that people didn't want to feel as though they were being taken advantage of, no matter their event spend, and that the process of planning an event needed to be truly collaborative, a partnership between us and our clients?|

The reality of the events world is that you either love it or hate it, and you know pretty quickly which it is. It's also a world that needs the support of your loved ones. I was very lucky in this regard, and it was actually my wife to be at the time who came up with the name Whitepaper, the premise being that "every event begins with a blank piece of paper".

People tend to work with us for two main reasons. The first is that we genuinely put the relationships we build with our clients above all else. This isn't something you can fake - and we are lucky enough to have both repeat clients, and clients we call friends. We go out of our way to ensure that every element of an event has value, and that at all times we are not just accessible, but going out of our way to act on your best interest. Honesty, transparency and no surprises! The second reason is our creativity. We don't see things like others do, and the easy way is not our way. We don't look to re invent the wheel for the sake of it, but every event should stand out, every event should be personal, and every event needs to take on board the comments and ideas of the client, so that they are able to look back and feel this was their vision, brought to life by us on their behalf.

We will assist you in every single element of your event. Planning, design, production, sound, light, decor, photography and videography, music invites and entertainment.....the list goes on. Dress shopping?, not a problem, accommodation and goodie bags, no issue at all. Time planning of course, and pulling the day together.....when you need us, wherever you need us, we are with you every step of the way.
