We cannot recommend HOPP more highly. I always knew what I vaguely wanted to do for my wedding and so didn’t need a wedding planner as such, what I really needed was a wedding adviser and I couldn’t have got luckier in having HOPP as exactly that. Where Tor was particularly great for us was coming up with ideas to make it fun and different and not just another English country wedding. Once she had sent a powerpoint with a number of different mood boards and ideas she was then brilliant in knowing exactly where to source everything we had discussed. She must have saved me and my mother hundreds of hours of time & money we would have otherwise spent on google trying to find what we wanted; instead Tor sent us straight to exactly the right people- the beauty of her knowing everyone in the industry. She was also the oracle on all things logistics, and quickly told us things we would have otherwise have just guessed (and probably got wrong). Things like how long for the reception? How long will it take people to get through to dinner? What happens if its raining? How long for dinner? When to have speeches? The list went on and on. Completely professional, Tor is also charming and made the whole process go from being a chore to actually enjoyable. HOPP was invaluable and I would use Tor again a hundred times over.

We got engaged in April 2018 and set ourselves for a Christmas wedding. We were so excited once we had a date confirmed, but when it actually came to starting the planning, we were completely lost! With so much on the internet nowadays it was all pretty overwhelming... until we found HOPP. We found most of our suppliers through HOPP and they were all unique, local and great value.
