About the company
Evoke Events is an event planners based in Kent. We are based in the South East of England however cover nationwide. From marquee hire to mobile bars and staff, discos, catering, toilets, theming, dance floors and so much more.
We can be a part of your event as much or as little as you would like; from taking care of it all from the invites to the clear up or simply just the hire of elements.
We meet with each and every client to discuss your event in detail and run over all the options together. Nothing is too big or too small. Within our quotations we create 3D image designs to show you a fit to scale layout of how your marquee/venue will look.

Sustainability
Depending on the theme and plan of the event we try to use as much sustainable products as possible. On the bar all packages include paper straws, recycled napkins etc. Flowers we do donate to local hospices and support as many charities and fundraisers as possible.

Compared to other Event planners we do everything in house ourselves. For example, all account managers are trained on how marquees work, set up etc. Meaning we plan and design in house without going to a third party to do this for us. We work with handpicked suppliers we know and trust that they are all apart of our Evoke Events family. As we all work so closely, we know the standard of equipment will be as we expect, without the extra or hidden costs. We do not put charges on top of suppliers costs, meaning we will always stay competitive to you wanting to plan the event yourself to save money. With over 10 years experience in all types of events, nothing is too big or too small. We will work along side you to create your visions into a reality.
