About

**Alfresco Winter Hampers **

We have been doing these since September, and are now offering an amazing Winter Wonderland Hamper with all kinds of amazing homemade goodies, including mulled wine to enjoy outside or as carpet picnic.

**Sustainable Hamper **

These we think are totally unique to the Christmas hamper market and very close to our heart as a sustainable catering company. We have cherry picked these suppliers, plus we have designed the menus including items that we transform from 'waste'. We have items from Toast Ale, Rubies in the Ruble, Secret SmokeHouse, and then homemade items like Preserved lemon dip, scrap sweet potato pacers with homemade lime pickle, windfall apple kraut etc. This is £70 for two people.

**Virtual Christmas Parties **

This involves hampers that are sent out to the guests house & we are co-hosting this with Evolve Events. This is no ordinary party! We have had the software designed so it looks like a virtual venue in the style of an amazing Alpine Chalet! Prices start from £60 a person. Include incredible hampers, lots of entertainment options, cooking lab by Caiger and Co, and DJ Loft by Matt Maurice.

Who are Caiger & Co?

Caiger & Co launched in 2012, with the aim of being London’s only truly bespoke event caterers. Seven years ago after training at Leiths School of Food and Wine, Alix Caiger’s passion has grown the business, and her creativity and talent as a chef has shaped the kitchen for which they are known. The personalised event experience allows them to curate, innovate & design unique experiences, bringing something new to the table. ‘Our ethos means that as well as having a sustainable system from the kitchen to the event, we also reflect that social thinking into our social enterprise commitments. It is this circular and luxury production that makes us unique’.
