About the company
Taking inspiration from the South America tradition of the asado, our team brings theatrical outdoor dining and cooking to events across the country. We’re talking food cooked over fire pits. Our hand-made asado frames are built to cook whole animals, sauces and vegetables at once. Imparting food with a smoky depth of flavour, that that will delight meat eaters and vegetarians alike.
We are committed to bringing innovative bespoke concepts to life; from VIP parties, to weddings and corporate events. Our chefs produce creative menus that span over a huge range of cuisines and styles of cooking, working with seasonal ingredients and artisan producers.
Your vision will be taken care of with our event expertise. Our dedicated team of event managers & handpicked chefs are always at the end of the phone. From canapés & cocktails, to asado cook outs, & elegant breakfasts through to corporate catering, we will be sure to bring your vision to life.
Our ethos of a sustainable system from the kitchen to the event is also reflected in our social enterprise commitments. It is this circular and luxury production that makes us unique.

Our focus takes on three avenues: sourcing, environmental and community. Through focusing on these we can make an impact and have a voice on the issues in the industry. Allowing us to be an advocate for change. We’re delighted to have been awarded a grant from ReLondon to help us pilot a new circular economy initiative for our business. With our grant we intend to continue our Zero Waste menu initiatives and invest in equipment that will help us contribute to the many sustainable and circular practises within our hospitality process.
