Describe the best event you were involved in?

Forta Productions specialises in technical productions, brand launches, wedding celebrations, corporate events (and the list goes on!) so it is very difficult to choose just one. A few of our favourites include: * Grammy's Pre Party '20, where we provided key creative and technical consulting behind the event for Warner Music. * Working for Design Scene, where we produced all the technical elements for Molton Brown's Christmas Product Launch Event at the Sheraton Grand Park Lane Hotel * Working for Urban Caprice, we designed an 80’s themed corporate party, providing all technical and design elements which included; draping, carpeting, large scale custom printed panels and signage across various breakout areas in the Vaults at Tobacco Docks * Delivering a three month exclusive pop-up of the world renowned private members club Annabel’s

Do you provide lighting?

Yes. Whether you want to create ambience, extravagance or intimacy, we can provide a bespoke lighting solution for every brief. Our extensive lighting inventory, from generics to moving heads, allows our lighting designers to create the perfect environment for your event.

Can you livestream my event?

Yes. Whether it is a conference, keynote presentation or award show we can film your live event seamlessly. Multiple cameras would film the event and there is no limit to what can be captured and streamed. Camera operators can always adhere to the social distancing rules.

Do you have video/audio equipment?

Yes. We offer a large range of screens, LED walls, projection displays and cameras, catering for any type of content and event. Available in a wide range of dimensions, our equipment can be utilised in any environment, seamlessly integrating with your event design. We also stock the finest sound equipment, allowing us to deliver high quality speech and music reproduction, from an intimate conference to the largest stadium shows.

What is your USP?

We are one of the few event companies that stocks extensive white equipment. Ideal when blending AV into bespoke surroundings, creating the perfect harmony between design and technology.

How have you adapted to Covid-19 regulations?

We have adopted strict ‘Covid Secure’ working practices. We are able to work under these strict conditions using event two way communication. We set up a separate client viewing suite to monitor progress and direct from a different room with monitors and talkback. This ensures that we all comply with the government guidelines for the workplace.

Do you host virtual events?

Yes. We offer a full audience-less and socially distanced event that will wow your online spectators. Creating a full scale production in a single location without an audience, produced in the style of a TV show. This gives the viewers a stream that they are accustomed to, bringing engaging content to their homes.

Do you do brand launch events?

Yes, and we would suggest using custom microsites. Microsites are perfect for promoting a standalone marketing campaign or your virtual event. Depending, you may choose to add interactive content to your microsite such as quizzes, videos, surveys, and anything else that might attract attention to the brand.

What is your security policy?

At Forta Productions, we take security very seriously. We ensure that we provide secure live streams to audiences and understand that content can be sensitive. We work with you to choose the right platform to stream to and work with your in house I.T. and internet security teams, to ensure that we provide the best solution for each production.

Do you work abroad?

We have worked across all territories. We can also capture content across the globe and feed to our central London hub. This allows monitoring and production control to be led by our London experts.
