The Rum Runner designs cocktail menus and bar structures for events. We believe the combination of memorable drinks and skilled service will elevate the occasion. However big or small, within the UK or further afield, The Rum Runner is dedicated to ensuring your event is seamless.
Everything that we put into our cocktails is prepared in-house from the fresh juices, to our homemade sherberts, shrubs, infusion and bitters which all contribute towards our unique menu of cocktails. We of course love making the classics too.
A well crafted cocktail deserves to be served from a well throughout bar. Our creative approach to bar design & styling is something we pride ourselves on and receives as much attention as the drinks themselves. You should also check out our 24ft vintage Airstream that we converted into a cocktail bar that is available for hire.

We source our produce locally wherever possible and compost food waste. We try to avoid using any single-use plastic and always supply recyclable paper straws on all of our events.
